The invention discloses a large-scale adsorbent modification coupling jet system for controlling heavy metal pollutant emission in flue gas. The jet system mainly comprises: a material storage tank, a material feeder, a material feeding device, a modifying agent tank, a modifying main machine, a cyclone separator, a material collecting bucket, a material feeding apparatus, a gas-solid mixing accelerator, a jet tube and an air compressor and the like. The adsorbent and the agent are added to the modifying main machine according to a certain ratio so that the adsorbent and the agent are subjected to a reaction to perform chemical modification. The modified adsorbent then is fed into the gas-solid mixing accelerator under control of the material feeding apparatus to mix the adsorbent with gas according to a certain ratio. The mixture then is jetted into a flue along a transportation pipe to adsorb and remove the pollutants in flue gas. The system is suitable for removing heavy metal pollutants (Hg, As, Pb, Cd, Cr and the like) in flue gas and the acidic gas pollutants such as SO3, HCl and the like from flue gas. The jet system achieves on-site large-scale modification of the adsorbent and has continuity and closed property.
