Paraplégie flasque par envahissement lepto-méningé révélatrice d'un lymphome lié au HTLV-1

Central nervous system involvement occurs in 10 % to 40 % of patients with adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma (ATLL) but is rarely an initial manifestation of ATLL. We report the observation of a 21 years-old black woman who presented a paraplegia as the first symptom of an ATLL.
