DIFFICULTY ANALYSIS ON OPERATION NURSING OF THORACIC WAIST PEDICLE SCREW INTERNAL FIXATION

Objective To investigate the nursing difficulties of Thoracic Waist Pedicle Screw Internal Fixation. Methods 58 cases were analyzed consists of mental nursing, operation posture and asepsis. Results 58 cases discharge, no infection, and no injury of nerve, Pedicle screw break. Conclusion Operation Nursing of Thoracic Waist Pedicle Screw Internal Fixation is to prevent infection, injury of nerve and shorten operation time. Operation nursing plays an important role on rehabilitation.
