Changes of various types of collagen and fibronectin in the human endometrium during menstrual cycle

Human endometrial tissue obtained at hysterectomy due to benign diseases was used for experiment. It was sectioned and stained by LSAB for the purpose of studying the cyclic changes of various types of collagen and fibronectin during human mentstrial cycle. Thus the results provide a new direction of mechanism for implantation and treatment for infertility.
