Absceso cerebral asociado a enfermedad de Rendu-Osler-Weber. Reporte de un caso

The Osler-Weber-Rendu's disease is a neoformative angiopathy of circumscript telangectasias; when this telangectasias break, develop in a local hemorrhagic syndrome. In the lungs this vascular malformation originate cerebral abscess. The aims of this paper are to present a cerebral abscess associated to the Osler-Weber-Rendu's disease treated in our service; to analyze its therapeutic and the pathophysiology; and to make an updated bibliographical revision of the disease and its complications.
