The invention provides a multi-dimensional single-buoy type wave energy converting device. The multi-dimensional single-buoy type wave energy converting device comprises a water surface buoy and an underwater damper, wherein the water surface buoy is connected with the underwater damper by a return spring and a plurality of linear generators; the return spring is arranged in the middle while the linear generators are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the water surface buoy; an anchoring unit for positioning is arranged on the lower part of the underwater damper; and a rectifying connection unit is arranged in the water surface buoy. Along with waving of sea wave, the water surface buoy performs multi-degree-of-freedom movement such as heaving and pitching relative to the underwater damper by using a point at which the water surface buoy is connected with the return spring as the center, so that the linear generators are driven to generate power; and the power is treated through the rectifying connection unit so that continuous and stable electric energy is output. The linear generators are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the lower part of the water surface buoy, energy of the multi-degree-of-freedom movement such as heaving and pitching of the buoy can be obtained, and wave energy power generation efficiency is improved greatly. The return spring is adopted, so that the adaptability of the device to different sea conditions is also improved.
