The invention discloses a device and method for catalytically dehydrogenating tail chlorine in the chlor-alkali industry, and belongs to the technical field of catalytic dehydrogenation of tail chlorine in the chlor-alkali industry. The device comprises two devices, namely a reaction fluidized bed and a reduction fluidized bed, wherein the two fluidized beds are combined to finish tail chlorine dehydrogenation reaction and catalyst regeneration; tail chlorine enters the reaction fluidized bed for low-temperature catalytic dehydrogenation reaction, and a deactivated catalyst is reduced and generated by hydrogen on the reduction fluidized bed; dehydrogenation reaction and reduction regeneration are simultaneously performed. According to the method, industrial production requirements are met, the problem of rapid deactivation of the catalyst is solved, the catalyst can be conveniently loaded and unloaded, and the safety problem that hydrogen exists in tail chlorine can be completely solved.
