Mist spraying cooling device for indirect air cooling system of power plant condenser

2012
The invention discloses a mist spraying cooling device for an indirect air cooling system of a power plant condenser. The mist spraying cooling device comprises a distributed control system and an air radiator, wherein the air radiator consists of radiating pieces which are arranged on the circumference in a sawtooth-shaped mode and perpendicular to the horizontal plane. The key technical points are that: a mist spraying pipe parallel to the planes of the radiating pieces is arranged between two adjacent radiating pieces on the outer side of the sawtooth-shaped circumference; the distances between the mist spraying pipe and the two radiating pieces are equal; mist spraying units are arranged in the mist spraying pipe; two atomizing nozzles are arranged in each mist spraying unit; mist sprayed by the nozzles has a right cone shape with an adjustable cone apex angle; and a central shaft which has a right cone shape is perpendicular to the radiating pieces. The mist spraying cooling device has the advantages that universal standard structural members, pipes, pipe fittings and electric components are adopted, and the actual requirement on serialization is met; the mist spraying cooling device is rational in structural design and easy to construct on the site; and the contact area of atomized particles and the air radiator is increased, the vaporized latent heat absorption capability of liquid particles is enhanced, and the entire heat exchange efficiency is improved.
