Pyridylalkyl Dicyandiamides, Biguanides, and Guanylureas

A series of pyridylalkyl dicyandiamides, guanylureas, and biguanides has been synthesized and the compounds evaluated for anti-inflammatory activity and potentiation of the hexobarbital effect.
