건설현장 사고를 발생시키는 근로자의 불안전한 행동과 이를 유발하는 개인적 결함과의 상관관계 분석

Labor intensive construction industries are getting huger. According to this trend accident size are getting higher than past. In accordance with Heinrich & Bird domino theory, accidents causes are part of unsafe acts, accidents caused by unsafe acts are occupied 88% occurred human errors. Previous researchers try to solve the problem and be based domino theory. However, previous researches are limited to find relationship between human errors and unsafe act. So this study is purposed to management by finding relationships between unsafe acts and human errors. This paper has 4 steps i) Deducting to factors about human errors and unsafe act in literature review ii) Correlation analysis with human errors and unsafe act. iii) Resultantly investigated the number of 24 combinations of human errors and unsafe act. iv) Finally suggested to manage method about combinations(coefficient of correlation≥0.7). As result in this study, researchers can be finding managed method and be using based data for searching safety management.
