Conservation Law Enforcement in Michigan

Samuel G. Chapman is a Police Administration Specialist, Institute for Community Development, and Assistant Professor, School of Police Administration, Michigan State University. From 1951 to 1956, Mr. Chapman served with the Berkeley, California, Police Department, and subsequently, until his present appointment in September 1959 as a Police Consultant for the Public Administration Service, Chicago. Jerry Hartman is a senior student at the School of Police Administration, Michigan State University, and formerly served with the Michigan Department of Conservation.-EDITOR.
