The invention discloses a metal-plastic mixed thin-wall structure based on a mechanical lock-up interface. The metal-plastic mixed thin-wall structure comprises a plastic thin plate, a metal thin plate, micro-mechanical lock-up metal grooves and micro-mechanical lock-up plastic teeth, wherein the micro-mechanical lock-up metal grooves are machined through laser cutting and uniformly distributed on the surface of the metal thin plate; after the metal thin plate is put into a mold, plastic is formed through an injection molding or hot compression molding process, so that the plastic thin plate and the metal thin plate can be fixedly connected together; and the micro-mechanical lock-up plastic teeth are formed by fusing plastic in the metal-plastic mixed thin-wall structure, flowing the fused plastic into the micro-mechanical lock-up metal grooves, and cooling; the size scale of each micro-mechanical lock-up plastic tooth is 200 micrometers or below. Through mechanical lock-up connections among a plurality of the micro-mechanical lock-up metal grooves and micro-mechanical lock-up plastic teeth, the metal thin plate can be fixedly connected with the plastic thin plate, so as to form the metal-plastic mixed thin-wall structure; the metal-plastic mixed thin-wall structure is light in weight, and high in strength and rigidity, and can be used for manufacturing of light-weight vehicle parts; and by adoption of the metal-plastic mixed thin-wall structure, the vehicle weight can be reduced, energy conservation and emission reduction can be realized, and the vehicle safety can be improved.
