Impact of Atmospheric Discharges on Thick-Films Electrodes

In this article, we present the results of work on the effect of Atmospheric Pressure Glow Discharge (APGD)on the reliability of various screen printed electrodes depostied on Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramics (LTCC)and alumina substrate (96% Al 2 O 3 ). Influence of electrodes material and their thickness has been checked with AC-driven discharge at ambient air.
