Secondary prevention of heart disease with statins: Study seems to be about tertiary rather than secondary prevention

Editor—I am puzzled by the title of the article by Wei et al, “Statin use in the secondary prevention of coronary heart disease in primary care.”1 Secondary prevention refers to early detection of disease, with a view to minimising morbidity and disability,2 but the article describes the use of statins in tertiary prevention.
