Design and Implementation of LabVIEW Measurement and Control System For the Wear Experiment Platform

A measurement and control system for the friction experiment platform of oil-pipe and coupling is designed and accomplished based on LabVIEW.First,the hardware part including pressure sensor,temperature sensor is designed.And then,the main program and subprogram,such as experiment parameter setup,experiment running,and process reporting are designed.The function of parameters passing,the sampling and processing of the forward pressure,frication force and temperature,the control of medium temperature,recover running after fault and report generating are realized.Finally,every function of the experimental platform can meet the requirement through many times debugging,and the effectiveness of measurement and control running well.
