The invention discloses a degradable waterborne polyurethane/polyvinyl alcohol composite material. The degradable waterborne polyurethane/polyvinyl alcohol composite material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 7-17 parts of isophorone diisocyanate, 14-24 parts of hydroxy-terminated poly-L-lactic acid, 8-18 parts of polyneopentanediol adipate, 3-5 parts of dimethylolpropionic acid, 2-7 parts of N-methyl pyrrolidone, 1-5 parts of acetone, 1.5-4.5 parts of triethylamine, 30-40 parts of deionized water, 22-32 parts of polyvinyl alcohol and 0.05-0.1 part of dibutyltin dilaurate. The preparation method comprises: step 1, weighing raw materials; step 2, preparing waterborne polyurethane emulsion and a polyvinyl alcohol solution; and step 3, preparing the waterborne polyurethane/polyvinyl alcohol composite material. The degradable waterborne polyurethane/polyvinyl alcohol composite material prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention does not pollute the environment, and is a biodegradable type material.
