The invention relates to a full powershift transmission arrangement (1), comprising a plurality of torque transmitting arms which are formed on the drive side by alternatively switchable gear stages of a splitter gear (2) and on the output side formed by alternatively switchable gear stages of a synchronous transmission (3), so that each torque-transmitting branch by switching a gear stage of the splitter transmission (2) and is defined by shifting a gear stage of the synchronous transmission (3), wherein the synchronizer (3) has two input shafts (9, 10) of the synchromesh gear, each of which a load switching element (4, 5) is drivingly associated. The transmission assembly according to the invention (1) is characterized in that the splitter gearbox (2) as a load-shiftable splitter transmission (2) is formed and that the load switching elements (4, 5) in the power flow direction downstream of the splitter transmission (2) and before the synchromesh (3) arranged are. The invention further relates to an agricultural working machine.
