The system comprises a vehicle traveling computer, an external information acquisition device, a cloud server and a mobile terminal; the external information acquisition device comprises a processor, a communication module and an OBD (on-board diagnostics) module, wherein the communication module and the OBD module are connected with the processor; the OBD module is connected with the vehicle traveling computer through an OBD interface or a CAN (controller area network) bus; the cloud server is connected with the communication module of the external information acquisition device in a wireless communication manner; the mobile terminal is connected with the cloud server in the wireless communication manner.
