The invention relates to real-time mobile communication type intelligent traffic, which is realized through the following steps: a vehicle-mounted reader of a unit vehicle reads information of road point electric boards, so that point-fixing and positioning of the unit vehicle can be realized; by combining an odometer and an autometer of the unit vehicle itself as well as steering operations, the unit vehicle can report information about driving route, lane, position, speed, driving track, vehicle model and the like to an intelligent traffic command center by means of a vehicle-mounted information processor; the intelligent traffic command center optimizes and computes driving routes, lanes, positions, speeds, actions, action time, and distances to surrounding vehicles of all vehicles within a region, and sends to the unit vehicle in form of messages and command messages; as a result, the unit vehicle can achieve fastest speed, least parking time and lowest fuel consumption, and all vehicles are in one system, so that intelligent traffic and car navigation can be realized.
