THE EFFECT OF SCHOOL MANAGEMENT AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN EDUCATION ON THE IMPROVEMENT OF EDUCATION QUALITY IN HIGH SCHOOLS

The effect simultaneously (overall) of the variables of School Management and Entrepreneurship in Education on theImprovement of Education Quality is equal to 17.7%. The regression coefficient for the School Management variableis 0.345 with a t-statistic value of 1.750 and a significance level of 0.004 (less than 0.01), which means that theregression coefficient value for this variable is significant. The positive sign indicates that the School Managementvariable has an effect on increasing the Quality of Education variable.The regression coefficient for the variableEntrepreneurship in Education is worth - 0.123. However, because the real level value is only 0.175 which is muchgreater than 0.04, the regression coefficient value for this variable is not significant (not real). The results of thisstudy prove the accepted hypothesis that school management has a large influence on the improvement ofeducation quality at public high schools in Deli Serdang Regency, either simultaneously or partially, except for theentrepreneurship variable in education.The conclusion of this study shows that descriptively the variables of SchoolManagement and Entrepreneurship in Education can simultaneously improve the Quality of Education.
