Value of acoustic impulse radiation force imaging combined with 4 serological detection of liver fibrosis and serum iron detection in the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis

2014
Objective To discuss the value of acoustic impulse radiation force imaging combined with serum iron indexes( serum iron and ferritin) and 4 serum liver fibrosis indexes( type III collagen, type IV collagen, layer mucin and hyaluronic acid) in the diagnosis of liver fibrosis and cirrhosis. Methods In accordance with the pathological detection results,81 patients were divided into the normal control group, the liver fibrosis group and the liver cirrhosis group, and the detection of 7 indices were made accordingly. Then, the obtained data were compared between groups,ROC curves of the detected data of all the groups were plotted, and finally, the sensitivity and specificity of the single and joint diagnosis were derived. Results Statistical significance could be noticed, when the detection data of the 2 patient groups were compared with those of the control group( P 0. 01),but type III collagen was an exception.Combined detection could increase the sensitivity of hepatic disease diagnosis, however, specificity was decreased to some extent. Conclusion ARFI technique combined with 4 serological detection of liver fibrosis, serum iron and ferritin could improve comprehensive sensitivity of the hepatic disease diagnosis.
