A solar photo-thermal power generation system capable of generating power stably and continuously comprises a plurality of condensation devices, a saturated steam heat absorber, a saturated steam heat reservoir, a graphite superheated steam heat absorber, a plurality of steam turbines and a generator set. The saturated steam heat absorber is connected with the saturated steam heat reservoir, the saturated steam heat reservoir is connected with the graphite superheated steam heat absorber, the graphite superheated steam heat absorber is connected with the steam turbines, and the steam turbines are connected with the generator set. Solar light is projected to the saturated steam heat absorber and the graphite superheated steam heat absorber through the condensation devices respectively, water in the saturated steam heat absorber turns into saturated steam after evaporating and enters the saturated steam heat reservoir to be stored, and the saturated steam is heated to turn into superheated steam after entering the graphite superheated steam heat absorber and finally enters the steam turbines to drive the generator set to generate electric power.
