NATIONAL TRENDS AND OUTCOMES OF ESSENTIAL HYPERTENSION ON EMERGENCY DEPARTMENTS IN USA

Essential hypertension (HTN) is a chronic disease and a major risk factor for cardiovascular diseases and mortality. Essential HTN is typically managed in outpatient setting. This study was done to identify the burden imposed by Essential HTN on the emergency departments (ED) in USA. We used
