Disclosed is a nickel-based alloy pressure-resistant shell, which is formed by an integrated sealing shell and penetration member (9) which is machined and manufactured by a nickel-based alloy forged piece and an integrated deep blind hole structured stroke sleeve pipe (10), wherein the integrated sealing shell and penetration member (9) is formed by a sealing shell portion and a penetration member portion which are integrated, the integrated deep blind hole structured stroke sleeve pipe (10) is of an integral blind pipe structure with an upper blocked end, and the integrated deep blind hole structured stroke sleeve pipe (10) and the sealing shell portion of the integrated sealing shell and penetration member (9) are in threaded connection and are sealed by a nickel-based alloy weld seam. The present invention has the advantageous effects that the high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance performance are improved, the safety of the whole sealing shell is enhanced, the overhauling difficulty of a nuclear power station is further reduced, the manufacturing cost and the overhauling cost are reduced, and the in-service inspection workload of a control rod driving mechanism is simplified; while the manufacturing difficulty of the sealing shell is reduced greatly, and the economic benefits are marked.
