Enclosure of connecting part

PURPOSE: To obtain an enclosure with improved work efficiency by including the tubular member of an elastomer and a core device for retaining the tubular member in a state which is expanded in radial direction and enabling the core device to be removed freely from the tubular member. CONSTITUTION: An enclosure 10 consists of a tubular member 12 and an adaptation material 16 that is inserted into a core 14 and between the tubular member 12 and the core 14. The tubular member 12 is formed of such elastomer material as synthetic rubber. The core 14 retains the tubular member 12 in a state which is expanded in the radial direction. The core 14 is made of a durable and bent material. The core 14 can be broken by pulling and unbinding an edge part 18. When an enclosure 10 is placed with a connector 24 at a center and the edge part 18 of a continuous strip is pulled and unbound at the joint of a cable 22, the tubular member 12 surrounds the cable 22 and shrinks in the radial direction, so that the adaptation material 16 fills a gap around the connector 24 due to the pressure.
