THERAPEUTIC EFFECTS OF DIFFERENT SURGICAL METHODS FOR TREATING FEMORAL NECK FRACTURE IN AGED PATIENTS
2014
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effects of cannulated crew internal fi xation and total hip replacement for treating femoral neck fracture in aged patients. Methods:100 cases femoral neck fracture aged patients were randomly divided into cannulated crew internal fi xation group and total hip replacement group with 50 patients in each group. The therapeutic effects of 2 groups were analyzed. Results:All the patients were followed up for 6-12 months after operation. The Harris score excellent rate of total hip replacement group was obviously higher than that of cannulated crew internal fi xation group(P0.05). Moreover, the hospitalization time, getting out of bed time and abandoned turn time of total hip replacement group were all obviously better than cannulated crew internal fi xation group(P 0.05). Conclusions:Cannulated crew internal fi xation and total hip replacement are all effective methods for treating femoral neck fracture. The therapeutic effects of total hip replacement for treating femoral neck fracture in aged patients is better than cannulated crew internal fi xation, so total hip replacement is more worthy of promotion.
