The invention relates to a macleaya microcarpa emulsion for preventing and treating black peach aphid and red spider and a preparation method thereof and belongs to the technical field of biopesticides. The macleaya microcarpa emulsion comprises the following ingredients in percentage by weight: 30-40% of macleaya microcarpa oil, 32-42% of solvent, 20-30% of emulsifying agent, 0.5-1.5% of penetrating agent and 1-3% of antifreeze agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) extracting the macleaya microcarpa oil; (2) at the normal temperature, firstly adding macleaya microcarpa oil mother liquor into a modulation kettle, then adding a solvent in proportion, stirring and dissolving; then, successively adding the emulsifying agent, the penetrating agent and the antifreezeagent in proportion; and fully stirring and evenly mixing to obtain the macleaya microcarpa emulsion. 25-35% of macleaya microcarpa emulsion provided by the patent of the invention can be used for preventing and treating black peach aphid and red spider (Tetranychus cinnabarinus) which harm vegetable crops. The macleaya microcarpa emulsion has the characteristics of good quick effect, long efficacy duration and lower use cost.
