Cabinet frame structure and method of assembly thereof.

A cabinet comprising: a frame (12); a post (16); and a connector assembly (18) adapted to connect the post (16) to the frame (12) wherein the connector assembly comprises: a clamping plate gusset (24) located accurately and rigidly supported by the frame; and a clamping plate (26) supported by the clamping plate gusset (24) and spaced a distance therefrom to form a channel (28) between at least a part of the plate corner gusset (24) and clamping plate (26), at least part of the post (16) located within the channel (28) and clamped between the clamping plate gusset (24) and the clamping plate (26) located at least part of post (16) within the channel (28) and clamped between the clamping plate gusset (24) and the clamping plate (26), wherein a portion of the post has a structure that allows assembling the post (16) in the frame (12) supporting the first holding plate (26) by the plate desubjugation gusset (24) to form the channel; and then sliding said portion of the post (16) in position in the channel (28).
