The invention provides a lanthanum-trioxide-containing dual-wavelength light-absorption aquosity anti-forgery ink easer preparation technology. Nanometer lanthanum trioxide, deionized water and surfactants are dispersed to be even in an ultrasonic mode, and nanometer lanthanum trioxide solution is obtained. PEDOT solution with solid content of 1.3-1.7% and mixed with polystyrolsulfon acid is mixed with the deionized water, then anion surfactants are added, evenness is achieved through ultrasonic dispersion, and solution A is obtained. The nanometer lanthanum trioxide solution is mixed with the solution A to obtain mixed solution B. The mixed solution B is heated to 40-70 DEG C, alcohol solvents and powder with the diameter of 200-1000 nm are added in the mixed solution B after stirring, reaction is carried out for 40-60 minutes, and finally lanthanum-trioxide-containing dual-wavelength light-absorption aquosity anti-forgery ink easer is obtained. The anti-forgery ink easer has an absorption function in an infrared band of 1000-1200 nm and an ultraviolet band of 300-340 nm, and can be used as aquosity anti-forgery ink easer.
