Identificationof diastolic dysfunction ofthe right ventricle at stage Iat hypertensive disease(clinical case)

A case of essential hypertension (EH) stage I in a man at the age of 30 without concomitant clinically significant pathology is presented. During the echocardiographic examination (echocardiography), the standard method has been found diastolic dysfunction (DD) of the right ventricle (RV). At the preclinical stage of structural and functional remodeling of the heart at stage I of EH, before the right ventricular hypertrophy (RVH), diastolic dysfunction (DDF) of the left ventricle (LV) and left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) in the patient who had DDF RV type of abnormal relaxation.
