CHANGE IN THE COERCIVE FORCE AFTER ANNEALING OF DEFORMED NICKEL ALLOYS WITH ADDITIONS OF CERIUM, PRASEODYMIUM AND GADOLINIUM

1962
It was shown that, on annealing alloys of nickel with Ce, Pr, and Gd deformed by torsion, two stages of change in coercive force are noted. The low- temperature stage is connected with the segregation of vacancies on dislocations; the high-temperature stage, with a decrease in the density of the dislocation during recrystallization. Proceeding from Vicena's theory of coercive force, relations are obtained describing the change in coercive force dedepending on the annealing time in the temperature region of the of the low-temperature and high- temperature stages.
