Surgical reconstruction of the trachea by a tracheal homograft preserved in cialit
1982
: 1. Direct transplantation of tracheal homograft is not possible so far. 2. Tracheal wall can be preserved for homostatic transplant by Cialit-solution. 3. Cialit-preserved tracheal homografts must be implanted into the recipient's subcutis prior to use them as tracheal substitute. 4. This procedure is suitable also in human reconstructive surgery of the trachea for some "real difficult cases".
