Diseño y construcción de un sistema automático para el control de espesores en la elaboración de lámina asfáltica de la empresa IMPTEK

This project shows the design and construction of an automatic system for controlling the thickness of the asphalt layer IMPTEK Company, located in its new facility in the field of INGA, the company's main objective is the development of products of house building sector within which stresses the asphalt layer, the same that is divided by type of protection. IMPTEK currently has several quality certificates such as "ISO-9000" and stamped "HACE BIEN". To keep them company must ensure that the sheet meets all its properties such as waterproofing, tensile strength and thickness. As mentioned we have opted for the automation and control of much of the rolling process in which the control is the thickness of the film project that has developed IMPTEK allow control of this property.
