At present, the pollution that living beings face is quite serious since it has been generated by the lack of awareness of people. As a consequence of this, the natural environment of the animals has been affected on several occasions, killing them. Worldwide, 73% of garbage is plastic: polyethylene containers, shopping bags, bottles, caps and wrappers. World production of plastics has increased exponentially from 2.3 million tonnes in 1950 to 162 million tonnes in 1993 and 448 million tonnes in 2015. Bioplastics are a prevention for the restriction of plastic waste derived from oil. The replacement of plastic is necessary due to the problems that have been caused by the bad management of the waste that is generated daily that is why it was induced to the elaboration of bioplastic that is of great help, because it does not contaminate the environment. The use of bioplastic has generated great controversy, so its only objective is not only to diminish the pollution, but to use the waste that is denominated like circular economy. The objective analyzed in this investigation was about the viability in the elaboration of the disposable plates of bioplastic as for the level of acceptance of the possible consumers, for what it takes already established database about the proliferation of pollutants in order to propose or to stimulate the managing of sustainable cutlery which turns out to be ephemeral in the environment, with the only purpose of not leaving traces of highly pollutant wastes. Next, an investigative process was used that has been carried out as a descriptive, non-experimental research of longitudinal design in which it was studied how the research variables changed or evolved. Therefore, we took as population the producers of plastics, to which interviews and surveys were conducted, so it was possible to demonstrate if the producers are willing to innovate in an ecological product, in addition to the use of their machinery if they are compatible or not with this type of input.
