Studies on the functional groups of alkaline phosphatase from Anodonta woodiana heude

1997
The alkaline phosphatase from anodonta woodiana heude were selectively modified by PMSF,DTT,PCMB,NBS,SUAN,BrAc and LAc, after that the changes in their activities have been detected. It was found that the reaction of AKP with PMSF,NBS,TNBS,SUAN and DTT resulted in a strong inhibition of enzyme activities which decreased with the increase of modifier concentration. The activity of AKP with bromoacetic acid, iodoacetic acid and pchloromercuribenzoic acid have been no inhibition.
