Release Effects of Vegetation Canopy on Rainfall Erosivity in Small Watershed

Rainfall is one of main factors affecting soil erosion.Its erosivity shows the potential ability of the soil loss caused by rainfall.Rainfall erosivity is a very important factor for predicting soil loss from agricultural hillslopes.This paper analyzed the effects of vegetation on rainfall erosivity in Dakeng small watershed in northwest of Jiangxi province.The results showed that there are different canopy interception rate and release effects from different standing forest.Release effects of scrub on rainfall erosivity are bigger than that of arbor.
