Bilateral adrenal Kaposi's sarcoma in an HIV seronegative patient.

Visceral Kaposi’s sarcoma in the absence of mucocutaneous lesions is uncommon. Asymptomatic adrenal gland involvement associated with many other localizations has been reported occasionally in AIDS related Kaposi’s sarcoma.1 We report a case of apparently exclusive bilateral adrenal Kaposi’s sarcoma in an HIV seronegative black patient.
