Социально-гигиеническая и медико-демографическая характеристика семей, имеющих детей первых трех лет жизни

On the basis of the investigation of 400 Moscow families with three-year-old children there was presented the comparative analysis of socially-hygienic character of circumstances, mode of life of the families and fulfillment of medical function, there was given the demographic character of families and their social structure, picked out socially-biologic factors that influence the health of children in their first three years of life. There was ascertained that incomplete families form 14,5 %. 55,6 % of families have only one child, 36,2 % two children. More than a half of all parents have high level of education. Mothers up to the age of 20 form 10,2 %. Practically every fifth family has dissatisfied living and financial conditions. There was obtained complex estimation of psychological character of the family. Families with favorable psychological climate formed 71,3 %. There was ascertained that the level of fulfillment of medical function amongst the families is rather low (45 % of the families).
