The Study Effect of Combining Valsartan Capsules and Shenyankangfu Tablet to Treat Microalbuminuric Diabetes Mellitus

Objective: To investigate the effect of combining Valsartan Capsules and Shenyankangfu Tablet on microalbuminuric diabetes mellitus.Methods: 129 cases with microalbuminuric diabetes mellitus are randomly divided into group A(30 cases) and group B(30 cases) group.The patients in Group A take Valsartan Capsules with the dose is 160mg qd,while the patients in group B take Valsar-tan Capsules and Shenyankangfu Tablet with the dose is 160mg qd and 5 pills Tid for 12 weeks,respectivly.Results: The serous level of blood pressure,Scr and CRP decreased after treatment(P 0.05),while there was no change for FBG,PBG,HbAlc,Alb,BUN and 24h urine protein(P0.05);Comparing with that in the control group,there was lower serous level of Scr and CRP in group B after treatment(P 0.05),while there was no change for the left biochemical indicators(P0.05);The 8th and 12th 's protein excretion rate in group B is lower than that of in group A.(P 0.05);And the redouble rare of serous creatinine is lower than that in group A too(P 0.05).Conclusion: Combining Valsartan Capsules and Shenyankangfu Tablet is safe and effective to treat microalbuminuric diabetes mellitus.
