The invention provides stable fertilizer inhibiting greenhouse gas release. The stable fertilizer comprises a core material and an envelopment bonding material coated on the surface of the core material, wherein the core material comprises the following ingredients: nitrogen containing substance, phosphorus containing substance, potassium containing substance and stabilization substance. A preparation technology of the stable fertilizer comprises the following steps of: 1) uniformly mixing and pelleting the nitrogen containing substance, the phosphorus containing substance, the potassium containing substance and the stabilization substance, and 2) preparing the envelopment bonding material into envelopment solution for envelopment. The invention provides a scientific and reasonable fertilizer formula, and the fertilizer can achieve double effects of fertilizer reduction and efficiency increase of a vegetable field and emission reduction of nitrous oxide greenhouse gas when the fertilizer is applied.
