The invention discloses an offshore floating double-rotor vertical axis wind power generation platform. The platform comprises two vertical axis wind power generation systems, a floating platform and a mooring system; the floating platform is an isosceles triangle platform; the two vertical axis wind power generation systems are mounted in two bottom angle positions; wind wheel structures of the two vertical axis wind power generation systems are symmetrical about the center line of the isosceles triangle; and a blade mounting angle alpha of the vertical axis wind power generation system at the left angle and a blade mounting angle alpha of the vertical axis wind power generation system at the right angle are the same in numerical values and opposite in plug-minus signs. The platform adopts the double-rotor arrangement to reduce the yawing bending moment borne by a floating foundation, so that the requirements of the floating wind power platform on the mooring system are reduced, and the system safety is improved. For single floating platform, as the platform is provided with two vertical axis wind power generation systems, the safety requirements of the floating platform are reduced, and the power generation capacity of single floating platform is multiplied.
