The invention provides a battery replacing and charging optimization control method of an electric automobile charging and replacing power station. The method comprises the following steps that: vehicle information, standby battery information and electricity price information of a vehicle group are input; according to the vehicle information, an operation time segment and a non-operation time segment of the vehicle group are obtained as well as the operation time segment and the non-operation time segment are respectively divided into a plurality of time segments by using different time segment lengths; on the basis of the vehicle information, a simulated vehicle group module is established to obtain departure time and arriving time of each vehicle as well as first electricity quantity information is obtained; according to the first electricity quantity information and preset second electricity quantity information, replacing time of the battery and residual third electricity quantity information during the replacing are obtained, and thus a battery replacing advantage algorithm is employed to obtain a battery replacing schedule by combing the standby battery information; a charging control matrix CM*T is constructed according to the battery replacing schedule and the electricity price information; and according to the charging control matrix CM*T, a charging power is controlled. According to the embodiment of the invention, battery service life is effectively improved; and moreover, a peak valley load difference of a power distribution network is reduced and economic benefits are improved.
