Graphene-modified PA6 composite material, and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a graphene-modified PA (nylon) 6 composite material. The graphene-modified PA6 composite material comprises, by weight, 100 parts of PA6 resin, 0.02 to 0.5 part of graphene, 0.2 to 0.6 part of an antioxidant, 1.0 to 5.0 parts of a compatilizer, and 0.02 to 1.5 parts of modified oxidized graphene. According to a preparation method, a wet-modification method is adopted to prepare a modified graphene dispersion liquid and modified oxidized graphene; PA6 and a graphene dispersion liquid are subjected to premixing so as to coat the surface of PA6 with graphene uniformly, and modified oxidized graphene is added before melt blending; and two-step blending technology is adopted to improve interface bonding of graphene with the PA6 matrix further, and disperse graphene and oxidized graphene in the PA6 composite material uniformly. It is shown by results that mechanical properties of the graphene-modified PA6 composite material are improved obviously, and water absorption rate is reduced.
