Políticas públicas sociales: apuntes y reflexiones de la intersectorialidad como alternativa de desarrollo local

Abstract The present work analyzed the incidence in public policies through intersectoral strategies and territorial ethics principles by the decentralized autonomous governments (GAD), since they are the ones who assume the challenge of contextualizing the reality of their territory with good practice. of governance, incorporating and training competent public servants who record and facilitate information so that the local authority (executive and legislative function) draws up rules and regulations that mainly promote spaces for dialogue and meetings of inter-institutional agendas with other actors in the public sector, also from the public sector private sector through multi-level relationships and publicprivate alliances provided for in the law, while ensuring sustainability from local autonomy.
