Provided in the present invention is a dietary nutritional supplement for preventing elderly osteoarticular diseases, wherein the dietary nutritional supplement is obtained through the steps of: adding low-molecular-weight chondroitin sulfate to water at a ratio of 1:5 to be dissolved therein, adding a type II cartilage collagen peptide to water at a ratio of 1:5 to be dissolved therein, mixing the aforementioned two dissolved solutions at a mass ratio of 1:1-1:3, and homogenizing, concentrating, spray drying, granulating and packaging, wherein the homogenizing uses secondary homogenizing, and the first homogenizing pressure is 20-25 MPa and the homogenizing temperature is 40-50°C, while the second homogenizing pressure is 4-7 MPa, and the homogenizing temperature is 30-40°C.
