The results of an experimental and numerical investigation of the process of diffraction of shock waves from a square channel at a ninety-degree convex corner are presented for various incident shock wave Mach numbers M0 (1.4shock wave from the wall and the wave velocity are determined as functions of M0, direction, and time.
