The Platform Format of Technological Development as a Manifestation of NBIC Convergence Configuration

A wide range of involved areas of knowledge indicates a transdisciplinary focus on the formation of the fundamental basis of the NBIC convergence and, in turn, generates a particular sequence of problem layers of a worldview, philosophical, and ethical nature. The scientific community and politicians are faced with the question of moral and humanistic character and social philosophy, connected with the influence of the so-called “big technological four” on the transformational restructuring of the civilization, and on distinction changes that will affect the life outlook of every person. Considering the evolutionary formation of NBIC convergence from the point of view of the dialectical significance of the technological component in the chain of perception of the model of world civilization, we can draw an analogy with the formation of technological platforms for promising evolutionary development, which in synergetic and emergent interaction will create a configuration of favorable living conditions and socio-economic background. In turn, this trend will determine the trajectory of significant aspects of society, making it possible to verify the shape of the influence of convergent technologies on them.
