Cultivo do girassol com adubação convencional Sunflower cultivation with conventional fertilization

The objective of this work was to compare the viability of the sunflower crop with conventional fertilization in relation fertilization accomplished through fertigation, in terms of production cost and revenue. It is a survey of descriptive and qualitative data, which was based on national literatures addressing the sunflower crop with conventional fertilization. Sunflower culture of driving at was conducted to see the same behavior on this kind of fertilizer. The study was conducted in the experimental area of the Federal University of Campina Grande, Science and Technology Center Agrifood, Academic Unit of Agricultural Sciences, Campus de Pombal, from 10 April to 19 July 2012. In this experiment sunflower cultivation with conventional fertilization performed well achieving a gross income above the cost of production, providing a net income of R $ 106.15 per hectare planted, it is worth noting that production costs can be reduced in larger planted areas, mostly for agriculture family. Thus, the information contained in this paper are intended to assist in making decisions that can effectively incorporate this culture as an alternative for family farming.
