Bridge deck waterproofing theory research

With the rapid development of bridge structures in China,the safety and durability of structures are more concerned.In this article,the necessity of bridge deck waterproof,the design principles,characteristics and methods of construction,the choice of waterproof materials,cause and remedial measure of tanking disease were reviewed,aiming to provide the theoretical basis of bridge deck waterproofing and to assure the durability of bridge structures and the life span of deck pavement.
