Increasing the capacity of SMEs is very much needed, especially in supporting SMEs to get up andsurvive during the Covid-19 pandemic. This paper identifies several problems, including: there arestill many SME actors who do not fully understand the management of their human resources,how to market products effectively and efficiently, as well as systematic cash recording andcalculation. This paper aims to increase understanding of: 1) managing human resources owned, 2)how to market products that are effective and efficient based on digital marketing, and 3) ease inrecording and calculating cash systematically. The method used is counseling, discussion and shortpractice. Good management of human resources and the use of digital marketing in marketingproducts sold during the Covid-19 pandemic will support SME businesses in a sustainable manner,especially reducing operational costs incurred, such as employee salaries and marketing expenses.The human resources owned must be in accordance with the line of business. SME players mustalso switch to digital marketing in their marketing strategy because it has a wide, fast and costeffectivereach so that it is effective and efficient in product marketing. This condition is in line withthe decline in sales forcing SMEs to accelerate cash inflows and delay cash disbursements in orderto survive. Therefore, recording and counting cash is important in managing the SME business.Systematic recording of financial information and according to applicable standards will make iteasier for SMEs to obtain funding / capital assistance from third parties
